The ‘Fit for Work’ Project: Living and working well with arthritis
The ‘Fit for Work’ project is led by researchers from the University of Calgary, University of British Columbia, and Alberta Health Services, and supported by AbbVie and Alberta Economic Development and Trade in partnership with the Alberta Schools Employee Benefit Plan. The primary goal of this project is to support people with arthritis to remain employed and lead healthy and productive lives at work. As such, programs have been developed for employees as well as employers to reach this goal.
