A 2006 survey of Phase I participants gauged the need for care pathways in chronic low back pain and headache and assessed interest in a videoconference to initiate Phase II.
A 2007 knowledge assessment survey of low back pain and headache management was conducted among primary care practitioners in Alberta.
A 2008 survey of conference participants and members of the Guideline Development Group provided feedback on the draft layout of the guideline summary.
