Annotation:

In 2003, 20% of Canadians aged 12 or older-5.4 million people-reported using some type of
alternative or complementary health care. This estimate is based on data from the Canadian
Community Health Survey (CCHS), which included questions about consultations with "alternative
health care providers" and chiropractors in the 12 months before the survey interview.
