Mr. Terry McCool

Vice President, Corporate Affirs, Eli Lilly Canada Inc.

Mr. Terry McCool is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Eli Lilly Canada. In this role he is responsible for all aspects of corporate affairs including federal and provincial government affairs, policy development, market access, pricing, hospital accounts, health economics, advocacy relations, communications, and public affairs.

Since joining Eli Lilly Canada, Mr. McCool has held various senior management positions including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Human Resources. He is also a member of the Senior Management Team and the Board of Directors of Eli Lilly Canada.

Mr. McCool sits on a number of industry association committees at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Associations (IFPMA), Canada's Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies (Rx&D), and is a Board Member of the Canadian Foundation for Pharmacy. He is Vice Chair of the Intellectual Property Task Force at Rx&D, an Executive Board Committee member for the Institute of Economics in Alberta, and a member of the Advisory Council for The Richard Ivey School of Business Masters of Business Administration Biotechnology Stream.

Prior to joining Eli Lilly Canada, Mr. McCool worked as a pharmacist. Mr. McCool earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Alberta and participated in executive management programs at Indiana University.
