IHE Board Chair Named to CMA Hall of Fame

Dr. Lorne Tyrrell, the IHE Board Chair and former University of Alberta Dean of Medicine, is one of this year's six inductees into the Canadian Medical Association (CMA) Hall of Fame. A distinguished clinician, researcher, and teacher, Dr. Tyrrell was cited by the selection committee for his "remarkable advances" in the study of hepatitis B and his "dedication and brilliant insight."
