Carmen Moga is a Health Technology Assessor with an international Master’s degree in health services management. Before joining the HTA team Carmen worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Health and Management at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania. Carmen contributed to several HTA research projects, continues to develop her methodological skills, and is a member of the research team for the Alberta Ambassador Guideline Adaptation Program.
