Carissa Escober Doran, BSN, MPA, PhD (c)

Carissa is currently a PhD candidate in the School of Medicine at the University of Alberta and a part-time researcher at the IHE.  Prior to this, she was a registered nurse in the US with a master’s degree in Health Financial Management from the Wagner School at New York University.  Research interests include healthcare costs, mental health services with a current focus on the economics of early childhood interventions.
